If you are pursuing a career in the exciting and lucrative world of investment banking, you will need to work as an intern. If you conduct yourself in a considerate, professional manner and don't forget to smile you will make an impression. A good personality combined with good work equals a higher chance of a full-time offer. Which would definitely make the long hours worth every minute.
