Investment banking is a special type of banking that is separate from commercial banking even though these two services may be offered by the same institution. Until the 80s it was required that commercial and investment banks be kept separately. This is easy and only involves a short form to be filled out. From there you will need to confirm your email address. After that you can log in and start reading and posting. You will find that these forums are often very helpful when it comes to getting your questions answered and can help you network with other investment banking professionals.
